0x800CCC00 - LOAD_SICILY_FAILED - Authentication did not load.
- Close out of Outlook Express and then open Outlook Express back up.
- Shutdown the computer for 30 seconds and reboot.
- Remove the old e-mail account in Outlook Express and create a new one.

0x800CCC01 - INVALID_CERT_CN - Invalid certificate content.
Digital certification of encrypted e-mails cannot be verified.
Get your certificate re-issued by your authority server.
0x800CCC02 - INVALID_CERT_DATE - Invalid certificate date.
Digital certification of encrypted e-mails cannot be verified.
Get your certificate re-issued by your authority server.
0x800CCC03 - ALREADY_CONNECTED - User already connected.
- You may be logged in on another machine. Close all connections on all machines and wait 20 minutes to check again.
- Some mailservers will not recognize an improper disconnection in some instances. Your account may be "Poplocked". Wait for the "poplock" to time out.
0x800CCC04 -CONN
NO SOLUTION
0x800CCC05 - NOT_CONNECTED - Not connected to server.
- Can you get webpages? If so you may have the wrong mailserver typed in your account or the server may be down.
- Try getting to webpages. If you can't hangup and connect again.
- Reboot your computer and try again.
- Try unistalling and reinstalling the TCP/IP.

- This is a possible corruption of the pop3uidl.dbx file. Close your internet connection and all programs. Search for the file pop3uidl.dbx and rename it to pop3uidl.xxx. Reboot your computer. After it's started, connect back up and try checking your e-mail again.
- You may have a corrupt or a very large file attachment on the mailserver. Open Internet Explorer and go to http://mail.glis.net. Login with your e-mail address and password. Locate the large file and delete it. Logout of the web-based mail program. Then open Outlook Express and try and download your e-mail.
0x800CCC0B - BUSY - Server or maildrop is busy.
- It could be the mail server is busy. Wait 5 minutes and try checking your e-mail again.
- You may be logged in on another machine. Close all connections on all machines and wait 20 minutes to check again.

Most likely you have This server requires a secure connection (SSL) checked.
Go into your mail account and uncheck the "SSL" option under the "Advance" tab.
