- Outlook Express won't let me open Attachments -

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: file_name.xxx"
Outlook Express has the ability to block attachments. This feature is usually activated with
upgrades or installation of virus scanning programs.

When in Outlook Express, click on Tools / Options...
Click on the Security file-folder tab.
Uncheck Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.
Click the Apply and OK buttons.

After you uncheck this feature, whatever attachments that were blocked will now appear.
